	The Emerald Isle, located on the northernmost part of the Strip in [[Las Venturas]]. The tallest structure in the city, excluding the Visage Casino, both casino's are sadly inaccessible. A parachute can be found at the topmost point on the Emerald Isle's tower. The Emerald Isle does contain a parking garage with a helipad, both of which can be accessed by the player.
