Is Fort Baxter a seperate area of Vice City or is it part of Escobar International? I am asking this because every time I enter the northern part of Escobar International in GTA VCS, the area where Fort Baxter is based in, it says "Fort Baxter" on the HUD.--[[User:MrLanceVanceDance|MrLanceVanceDance]] 05:23, 14 August 2011 (BST) | |||
