Victor was paged by Umberto who wants to talk to him. Upon arriving at [[Umberto Robina's Home|Umberto's home]], he starts to joke about Victor and he angrily threatens Umberto with a handgun. While Victor asks Umberto about how he knew [[Marty Jay Williams]], Victor also asks him for opening an alliance with each other, but Umberto refuses and wants Vic to show his "balls" first. When outside Victor and a [[Cubans|Cuban]] gang member get in the [[Cuban Hermes]] parked and get downtown as fast as you can. If you catch any resistance, just ignore that and speed straight on. at some point, another Cuban competing for the package will collect it. persue him and have your henchman shoot at the car (You can shoot too if you want to). When the car is close to catching fire, the packeage carrier will get out of the car. Quickly shoot him down and collect the package. Once you do, a nasty wanted level will appear. Get into the closest car and ''DRIVE!'' Remember, you now have the Cubans and the police after you. You can pick up your henchman if you would like (he will follow you into the car) but it is not necessary, you will not fail the mission if you leave him behind, so don't stress waiting for him to get in while the police and your enemies are shooting your car. You can stop in the [[Pay 'n' Spray]] to get rid of the police, but the Cubans remain on your tail. Get the package to Umberto and the mission is passed.
