Blaine County Talk Radio
Blaine County Talk Radio is a talk radio station in Grand Theft Auto V. It is a parody of American conservative political talk radio. The station is only heard if the player is in Blaine County; if the player is tuned to BCTR and leaves Blaine County, the station cuts out and West Coast Classics plays instead.
