Frank Gallo is Phil Bell's thirty-one year old nephew and the oldest associate of the Pegorino Family. His uncle is a key member of the Pegorino Family. He can be killed in the mission To Live and Die in Alderney, allowing Niko Bellic to collect his belongings.
