Gabe Hiker is a character in the Grand Theft Auto series who appeared as a multiplayer character in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. Hiker is a member of the White Stallionz, a sub group of the Bikers, and he resides in Vice City. His name is a take on the phrase gay biker, a reference to the White Stallionz.
