Body Harvest is a mission that CJ does for the Truth. It is just about stealing a Combine Harvester and taking it back to Truths farm. The cutscene shows Tenpenny using a bong, telling CJ to pour a bottle of green poison on some "do-gooder fucking with me" and the poison will "ruin that asshole's career".
