Depending on the circumstances, you may not need to dial 911 to have a cop car available. Sometimes, one will show a little further up the street from your present location. Simply run up to it, make sure the cop that was driving has actually exited and is currently occupied with someone else. Get in, and that's that. Not even a one-star wanted level. | |||
