North Chumash
North Chumash is a small town located in Blaine County, San Andreas, north of Chumash, appearing in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online.
Events of HD Universe
North Chumash was once larger and a number of houses were built, which were later sold by real estate agent Lenny Avery. The houses, however, were later destroyed by mud slides with Avery believing that he is not responsible for any damages after seeking legal advice. In 2013, a woman has her pink Peyote stolen while travelling through North Chumash with the player (as Franklin Clinton, Michael De Santa or Trevor Philips) having the option to retrieve the car.
Gang control
The Lost Brotherhood have influence in North Chumash with a number of gang members found at the Hookies Seafood Diner.
