The store is located in [[Washington Beach]], [[Vice City in GTA III Era|Vice City]] and is near [[Ken Rosenberg]]'s office. The store is first introduced in the story during the mission [[The Party]]. The store sells Ken Rosenberg the [[Soiree Suits|Soiree Suit]], which is also worn by [[Tommy Vercetti]] and [[Lance Vance]]. If the player changes Tommy's clothes, they can change to the soiree outfit again by walking into the clothes icon at Rafael's.
