Robert Bogue
Robert Bogue (born August 27, 1964 in Minden, Nebraska) is an American actor, voice actor, producer and writer who voices Troy in The Ballad of Gay Tony and Steve Haines in Grand Theft Auto V. He also lent his voice to Red Dead Revolver and appeared in the television show Guiding Light in 338 episodes.
