	This is the fifth and final mission given to [[Claude]] by [[Kenji Kasen\|Kenji]]. Kenji is furious in finding out that, even after the [[Uptown Yardies\|Yardies]] are framed for the murder of numerous [[Colombian Cartel\|Colombians]], the Yardies are still able to convince the Cartel to ally with them. Kenji dispatches Claude to kill as many Yardie SPANK pushers as he can find, though to pass the mission he needs to "mince" eight dealers.
