It has working machine guns that fire when the circle button is held down. You are able to buy one for $5000 on the top balcony of [[The Clymenus Suite]] safehouse located in the eastern [[Vice City]]. If you don't want to spend any money, a Little Wilie can also be found in the scrap yard on the western shore/docks of the western island of Vice City.

It's name is a reference to the famous Gyrocopter "Little Nelly" used by Sean Connery's 007 in the film, "You Only Live Twice." It is also a reference to the World's first tank, also named [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Little_Willie Little Willie] in 1915.
