			:::Im pretty sure that since III era ncp's have slowly spun around (rather crudely on the spot while not moving their legs) and waved gestures at you, and i think in IV there was a more surprised and realistic reaction from ncp's but im not sure about vehicles.--[[User:Raggi Boy\|Raggi Boy]] ([[User talk:Raggi Boy\|talk]]) 19:29, 5 January 2012 (UTC)
