This is just me but i think that maybe Luis could have something to do with the Roman's Sorrow mission in GTA IV. Because in the news it says that the fire chiefs suspect arson because witnesses saw a guy throwing molotovs. Also Roman said he was being chased by people and maybe that could be Luis? Who knows. Anyway tell me if you disagree or agree and why. | |||
