Character history
Judge Alberts is a judge based in Vice City who is usually collected from the court house by a driver. The protagonist kills his driver and takes his place, having a bomb planted in his car. After driving to a police station in Vice Beach the protagonist leaves the vehicle and detonates the bomb, killing Alberts.
