Hi- Calm down, if you disagree with an edit I made, you can discuss it before you start trying to flame at me. No, I was  not trying to fill the whole wiki with 'British Spellings', I was just trying to balance the spellings out, like I was once told to do by an administrator on this wiki. That edit you made wasn't really needed, however the newer edits you did made sense, which I re-added for you. --Montario (talk) 21:39, 1 February 2012 (UTC)
:I am not going to start an immature argument - I understand your idea of 'consistency', I am not an 'idiot', I am not complaining, I am just doing what I have once seen from an administrator on this wiki. It will not look 'tacky' as long as the use of spelling is consistent on one page. However I am not going to do anything with your reverting, you seem to be the one that is complaining not me. You could have easily reverted my edits and gave a simple reason in the edit summary, not spend your time writing writing a whole paragraph to try and insult me.--Montario (talk) 22:00, 1 February 2012 (UTC)
::Hi there, this is the official policy: There is no preference for British or American spelling, as long as we are consistent within the same page - and also, wherever possible we should use the in-game spelling for anything that is from the game. And please don't start an edit war over a disagreement like this, if you're ever unsure about something, you can always ask a member of staff. Thanks. :JFletcher is right, but bear in mind that the creator and several staff on this wiki are British, so that's why we allow (and often use) British English spelling, except where it contradicts an official in-game spelling. If you want to be completely picky, the official language for this wiki is British English, but we allow American English spellings. If you disagree with that policy, start a discussion, not an argument. Additionally, I am not happy with your outburst of 'retard British', which could be considered a racist slur. We cannot tolerate that here at all. Please apologise to Montario for that, or I will be forced to take action. ::Hi there- Once again there is no need to change perfectly fine UK spellings to American English. (your contribution here). Gboyers and JFletcher have already covered what is and isn't acceptable in terms of spelling through this discussion. I scanned through the Frank Tenpenny article and found no other US English spellings meaning it is now not consistent. Please see Grand Theft Wiki:Languages if you are still confused, everything you possibly need to know about what spelling to use on this wiki there!--Montario (talk) 20:51, 5 February 2012 (UTC)
