Yusuf Amir يوسف امير	GTA IV TBOGT	Middle Park East, Liberty City	Yusuf Amir (born 1977 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates) is an extremely rich real estate developer and son of Abdul Amir. He attempts to impress his father through his real estate projects but these attempts are met with contempt. He moves to Middle Park East, Liberty City in 2008 to expand into the United States. His first project, in Castle Gardens, was halted by the Messina Family construction unions although Niko Bellic, working for Playboy X, ends the strikes. Amir, however, halts the project further to build a memorial to the workers killed by Niko. He later attempts to franchise the Maisonette 9 nightclub owned by Gay Tony and later befriends Luis Fernando Lopez, leaving him a gold Super Drop Diamond and using his helicopter armed with machine guns to help Luis in a gunfight.
Gracie Ancelotti	GTA IV TBOGT	Acter, Alderney	Grace 'Gracie' Ancelotti (born 1977 in Alderney City, Alderney) is the daughter of Giovanni Ancelotti, the Don of the Ancelotti Family. She was arrested in 2003 for possessing cocaine and again in 2007 for driving while intoxicated. In 2008 she was kidnapped by Niko Bellic for Patrick McReary to extort her father for some missing diamonds. Giovanni later agreed to a trade, which was ambushed by Ray Bulgarin. Gracie, with help from Gay Tony and Luis Fernando Lopez, escapes and is later put under heavy protection from her father.
Andrei Андрей	GTA IV	Liberty City	Andrei (born in Russia) was a member of the Faustin Family. He was tasked by Mikhail Faustin to track Niko Bellic, after he murdered Vladimir Glebov. Niko, finding his cousin hiding in a dumpster, is attacked from behind and taken to Mikhail's house. Andrei prepared to torture Niko with a hacksaw before being killed by Mikhail for bringing the two cousins to his house.
Johnny Barbosa Johnny Spaz	GTA IV	Alderney City, Alderney	Johnny Barbosa (born 1983 in Alderney City, Alderney) was an associate of the Pegorino Family and worked for Ray Boccino. He was arrested in 2000 for petit larceny, in 2001 for grand larceny, in 2002 for possessing marijuana, in 2004 for assault and petit larceny, and in 2005 for driving while intoxicated. He frequently worked with Joseph DiLeo and Luca Silvestri, as the three worked as waste collectors in order to collect diamonds for Boccino. The three had begun to keep the diamonds resulting in them being killed by Niko Bellic.
Mallorie Bardas	GTA IV	South Bohan, Liberty City	Mallorie Bardas (born 1979 in Puerto Rico) is the girlfriend of Roman Bellic and previously worked for Manny Escuela. She was arrested in 1998 for joyriding and in 2002 possession of marijuana. She later began to work for Roman Bellic at his taxi depot and began to date him, although by 2008 she had begun cheating with Vladimir Glebov. Vlad is killed by Niko Bellic, Roman's cousin, with the two moving into her cousins apartment when Roman's taxi depot and apartment are destroyed. She introduced Niko to Manny and Elizabeta Torres, as well as Michelle, an undercover government agent. Later in the year she marries Roman Bellic: in the Revenge ending to GTA IV she announces she is pregnant and promises Niko to name her child Kate, after Kate McReary, if she has a girl (although it is later revealed she is pregnant with a boy) while in the Deal ending she is left a widow when Roman is killed.
