Jimmy Matthews is a character in the HD Universe appearing in The Lost and Damned. He is a crooked LCPD police officer. He and partner Ed McCornish are assigned to watch the Angels of Death for any illegal activity, but after catching Johnny Klebitz and Jim Fitzgerald of The Lost Brotherhood stealing some motorcycles from the AoD, they decide to blackmail them.
