Murders by Niko Bellic

There are many hit missions in Grand Theft Auto IV, and Niko Bellic has aquirred the greatest body count of any GTA protagonist thus far, most likely because he works as a hired gun instead of a creating a criminal empire. Here is a list of his intended targets ("collateral" murders such as those of unidentified gunmen, pedestrians, or police are not included): Note: the words in (brackets) are the affiliations of the victims, "Independent" means they have no affiliation to a gang and formely means they used to be in that gang but are out of the life.

Murders

• Kalem Vulaj and Bledar Morina – (Albanian Mob)They are the first murders by Niko in Liberty City. Niko beat both to death to defend Roman Bellic. (Bleed Out)
• Dardan Petrela - (Albanian Mob)Murdered for assaulting Roman Bellic. (Bleed Out)
• Vladimir Glebov - (Faustin Bratva)Niko shoots him in the eye for sleeping with Mallorie Bardas. (Uncle Vlad)
• Lenny Petrovic -(Petrovic Bratva) Murdered on orders of Mikhail Faustin. (Final Destination)
• Jason Michaels -(The Lost) Murdered on Faustin's order for "messing around" with Faustin's daughter. (No Love Lost)
• Lyle Rivas -(Independent) Chased and killed on orders of Bruce Kibbutz. (Search and Delete)
• Mikhail Faustin -(Faustin Bratva) Murdered on orders of Dimitri Rascalov, and to appease Kenny Petrovic. (The Master and the Molotov)
• Tom Rivas - (Independent)Murdered for not paying off his debt to Bruce Kibbutz. (Out of the Closet)

• Anthony Corrado - (Pegorino Crime Family)Murdered for leaking information to the FIB via wire, for James Pegorino. (Flatline)
• James Pegorino -(Pegorino Crime Family) Murdered for killing Kate McReary (only in "Revenge" storyline) (Out of Commission)
• Sergei -(Rascalov Bratva) A Hitman sent by Dimitri to kill Niko at Roman's wedding but Kills Roman instead. (only in "Deal" storyline) (Mr. and Mrs. Bellic)

Random Encounter Kills

• Eddie Low - (Independent)Murdered by Niko in self-defense (Eddie Low is a random character, so killing him or even encountering him in the first place is optional).
• Clarence Little -(East Holland Drug Dealers) Can be spared, although in a later random encounter, he must be killed anyway, unless the encounter is avoided altogether.

Choices

• Jimmy -(Independent) Niko can kill him during the mission Clean Getaway. It would change the dialogue with Vlad through the phone.
• Ivan Bytchkov - (Faustin Bratva)Niko can let him fall from the building, on Vlad's orders, or help him up.
• Cherise Glover - (North Holland Husters Formerly)Niko can shoot her in Ruff Rider, or let her live.
• Clarence Little -(East Holland Drug Dealers) Niko can kill him, on Francis McReary's orders, or let him live.
• Adam Dimayev - (Independent)Niko can kill him or leave
• Alonzo - (North Dominican Drug Dealers) Niko can kill him, or let him warn Teddy.
• Unnamed Jewish Mobster - (Jewish Mob)Niko can kill him in the Majestic Hotel or walk away.
• Unnamed Lost Biker - Niko can kill him, or wait until he hits a subway cart.
• Vasily - (Independent) Niko can kill him in a drive-by in the mission Wrong is Right.
• Manager of Mr. Fuk's Rice Box - Can be killed in Dining Out.
• Darko Brevic -(Independent) Niko can either take revenge by shooting him multiple times, or spare him.

Kill One or the Other

• Trey "Playboy X" Stewart or Dwayne Forge -(North Holland Hustlers) Both characters ask Niko to kill the other.
• Francis McReary or Derrick McReary -(LCPD/McReary Mob) Niko can shoot either with his sniper rie; again, both have asked Niko to kill their opposite number.
• Sergei or James Pegorino (Rascalov Bratva/Pegorino Crime Family)- Sergei is killed only in Deal, but, Pegorino is killed in either, but, in deal, he is killed by Dimitri.
