Curtly was scheduled to be a character in the 3D Universe and to have appeared in Grand Theft Auto III. He was voiced by Curtis L. McClarin, although the dialogue was never used.
Character history
Curtly was dropped during the development of Grand Theft Auto III. Almost nothing is known about Curtly although it is suspected he was somehow linked to Darkel, another deleted character. No reason was given for the dropping of Curtly. Curtly remains in the GTA III manual credits, listed below Darkel, although there is no character texture in the data files.
