It launches a small wire which attaches onto the victim and continually injects electricity into them. The Teaser has a power meter, it starts at 100 and as the player uses the Teaser the meter will go down, the meter recharges when not in use. If a victim is held on by the Teaser long enough then they will catch on fire and the player will gain an instant 1 Star [[Wanted Level in GTA Chinatown Wars|Wanted Level]]. The Teaser costs $300 from [[Ammu-Nation]].
