I heard it was called that in the beta version of GTA III, but since children weren't put in the game, the name was changed to The [[Old School Hall]]. [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8l0r603kvI0 Heres a youtube video] talking about this while showing differences from the beta and the final version.
