:No. Without data from the game files, it's fiction. Since it's a GAME, everything can be explained by the experts who hacked the game (since Rockstar doesn't release any documentation...). Videos and screenshots can be blurred or faked, causing great ambiguity and headaches. And please reply with a colon (:).
