From [[Asuka Kasen's Condo]] head south until you reach the gates of an industrial zone. Right next to the entrance there is the Faggio. Once you're on it the mission starts. For this mission you have to collect 25 checkpoints in under 2 minutes. They are dotted around the area. Some are easy to get while other require a bit of planning.
