	:My [[Grand Theft Wiki:Speculation]] is that Alderney is a very small state (especially when compared to the ''city'' of [[Liberty City in GTA IV\|Liberty City]], so rather than spending alot of money and emergency services, they have an agreement with the LC government to use theirs, but the officers themselves wear ''Alderney Police'' uniforms that resemble that of [[wp:New Jersey\|New Jersey]] (like the ones in LC resemble those of [[wp:New York City\|New York City]].
