Task nearly complete. See the [[:Template:Key|Key]] template for PS2-to-Xbox buttons translation. With that template also cleaning up the page dramatically, I have been able to fix the majority of errors. I have also compared to IGN's [http://www.ign.com/cheats/games/grand-theft-auto-vice-city-ps2-482089 PS2] and [http://www.ign.com/cheats/games/grand-theft-auto-double-pack-grand-theft-auto-iii-grand-theft-auto-vice-city-xbox-16137 Xbox] cheats for confirmation on most cheats. The flying boats cheat is the most problematic cheat I've encountered.
