The Coveralls Outfit is one of the 12 unlockable outfits in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. It is unlocked after the completion of the mission Riot. It consists of a dark blue baseball cap with a white rabbit on it, Tommy's blue and green Hawaiian shirt, dark blue Spand Express branded overalls, white gloves and white shoes. It is the official uniform of Spand Express Workers. In the mission Riot, Tommy goes to Rafael's, changes into the outfit, goes to the Spand Express depot and starts a riot between the Spand Express Workers . After the completion of Riot, despite it being obtained from Rafael's, it spawns in the Tooled Up store in the North Point Mall. Changing into the outfit will get rid of a one star and/or two star wanted level, which is useful if the player is robbing the Tooled Up store.
The Coveralls is an outfit in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City designed as a work uniform.

Description
The Coveralls is fashioned as work clothes for Spand Express, consisting of blue Spand Express overalls and baseball cap, white gloves, and the blue Hawaiian shirt and white sneakers from the player's default Street clothes. The overalls and cap can also be seen worn by various Spand Express workers over the course of Spand Express appearances in the game.

The Coveralls is prominently used in "Riot", when it must be worn as a disguise to provoke a fight among striking Spand Express workers at the Spand Express building. Although the player obtains the Coveralls from Rafael's in the mission, the clothing pickup for the Coveralls is made available after the mission at the Tooled Up toolshop in the North Point Mall.

Changing into the outfit removes up to a two-star wanted level, even if the player is already wearing the outfit.
