'''Cedric Fotheringay''', also known as '''Wayne''', is a minor character in [[Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories]]. Cedric Fotheringay is the leader of a local [[Liberty City Bikers|biker gang]] in [[Liberty City in GTA III Era|Liberty City]]. He is briefly featured as [[Maria Latore|Maria's]] second lover, until she reveals to him that she is also seeing another man, [[Toni Cipriani]]. Wayne hits Maria, injuring her, prompting Toni to retaliate and subsequently kill Wayne in a chase. Wayne's full name is only featured on his [[Gravestones|Gravestone]] in [[Staunton Island|Staunton Island's]] [[Liberty City cemetery|cemetery]]. Wayne drives a red, bulletproof [[PCJ-600]], which can be obtained in the mission [[Biker Heat]], however if he dismounts the bike it becomes a normal PCJ-600. After he is killed by [[Toni Cipriani]], he drops a [[Chisel]], and a [[Stubby Shotgun]].
