'''Café Robina''' is a café owned and run by [[Alberto Robina]], which opened in 1964. The café is located in [[Little Havana]], [[Vice City]] and opens at 4am each day. This can be seen during the [[Papi Don't Screech]] mission in [[Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories]]. The café is used by [[Umberto Robina]], son of Alberto, to plot attacks against the [[Haitians|Haitian]] gang. In [[Grand Theft Auto: Vice City]] the café can be robbed by the player. There are is a waiter in the cafe and pedestrians from outside will sometimes walk into the cafe and walk in circles trying to leave (also seen during cutscenes), and the player can't purchase meals to replenish their health.
