Café Robina is a café owned and run by Alberto Robina, which opened in 1964. The café is located in Little Havana, Vice City and opens at 4am each day. This can be seen during the Papi Don't Screech mission in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. The café is used by Umberto Robina, son of Alberto, to plot attacks against the Haitian gang. In Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, the café can be robbed by the player.
Oddly, during missions for Umberto Robina, the shopkeeper is the owner Alberto Robina. When not on a mission, the shopkeeper is the standard shopkeeper you will find in any other store or restaurant.
