:Matty is right - this needs to be explained somewhere on the wiki. It isn't common knowledge, and it isnt obvious, so we should explain why we believe it to be that year. In rockstars website, the police records show most of these people and the date is written in DD/MM/YY, an example is 13/07/13, so either they somehow made records of people before they did a crime, or obviously, it takes place in 2013! | |||
