Scott Alexander Maslen (born 1971 in London) is an English actor best known for his roles in The Bill and EastEnders. He has also played the live action rendition of Claude Speed in DMA Design's promotional video and opening sequence for Grand Theft Auto 2.

Scott Maslen stars as Claude Speed, the lead character of the live-action film.
