Sergei
Sergei is a member of the Faustin Family and appears in Grand Theft Auto IV. He was Mikhail Faustin's bodyguard.

It is possible that Sergei is the assassin hired by Dimitri Rascalov that appears in Mr. and Mrs. Bellic (Deal). They share the exact same NPC model. Sergei is voiced by Jeff Norris, however there is a credited voice actor for Killer, which could refer to the assassin at the wedding, although this is not comfirmed. The Killer was voiced by Jacek Krawczyk.

Trivia
- If the player would have failed the random encounter with Mel the first time, the second time, when talking to Niko, he'll mention that one of his reasons to stop drinking was "not hanging around with losers like Sergei". Given the fact that Rockstar tries to avoid giving the same name to two characters in the same game, Mel could be talking about Sergei.
- Sergei bares a large resemblance to Agent 47 from the Hitman series, with the same suit and both of them are bald.
