In the video game, Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, Giovanni Casa is a pervert who wears infant clothing (including diapers). He is eventually killed by Toni Cipriani and turned into meat to be sold in his own store. He is admired by Ma Cipriani and was considered to be her boyfriend.
