North Chumash

North Chumash is a small town located in Blaine County, San Andreas, north of Chumash, appearing in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online. The town was once larger and a number of houses were built, which were later sold by real estate agent Lenny Avery. The houses, however, were later destroyed by mud slides with Avery believing that he is not responsible for any damages after seeking legal advice.
