Chow Chin

Chow Chin is a character in Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars. Chow was a contact of Zhou Ming who claims to be wanted for arson in 49 states. In 2009, he, Zhou Ming and Chun Chun Fung had a meeting at Zhou's house, after Huang Lee succesfully drove them there.
