Fernandez is a character in the Grand Theft Auto series who appears as a minor character in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. Fernandez is a member of Los Cabrones and is one of the people Umberto Robina sends to pick up a package in a race from Downtown, Vice City. Fernandez can be killed by the player.
