Paulo

Paulo is a character in Grand Theft Auto 1 and is an associate of El Burro. Paulo, along with Julio, Monolito and Ricardo, inform Burro of some buses being used to smuggle people across the border, with the protagonist destroying the buses. The protagonist later takes money to Paulo, Julio and Monolito as payment.
