The Doctor
The Doctor is a minor character introduced in Grand Theft Auto IV. The Doctor operates in Dukes and illegally sells organs from dead bodies. After Elizabeta Torres killed Manny Escuela and Jay Hamilton, Niko Bellic helps her by bringing the bodies to the doctor, who commented that Jay was shot through the eye, claiming that eyes were getting rather expensive on the black market lately. He has blood on his doctor's uniform, hinting the fact that he cuts bodies to pieces. Also his hideout is next to Zhou Ming's nightclub.
