Toshiko Kasen was born and raised in [[Japan]], where she met her future husband [[Kazuki Kasen]], later moving to [[Liberty City in GTA III Era|Liberty City]] in the [[United States]] with her husband, who became the leader of the [[Yakuza]] in the city. Kazuki, however, preferred to spend his time with his men than with Toshiko who, feeling neglected, hires [[Leone Family]] made man [[Toni Cipriani]] to ruin and humiliate her husband after he [[Shogun Showdown|destroys]] a Yakuza [[Rhino|tank]]. She first has him [[More Deadly Than the Male|steal]] a Yakuza munitions delivery, taking them to [[Phil Cassidy]] at a small dock in [[Rockford]]/[[Aspatria]]. Toshiko, happy that her husband is irate, hires Toni to [[Cash Clash|destroy]] money being moved from Kazuki's [[The Big Shot Casino|casino]] before [[A Date With Death|taking her]] to an opera at the [[Fort Staunton Opera House]], with Toni rescuing her from a [[Forelli Family]] ambush. Toshiko, having humiliated her husband and shown her allegiances, has Toni [[Cash in Kazuki's Chips|kill]] her husband. Toshiko, free of her husband, becomes depressed and releases he pet canary into the wild. Toshiko, wanting to be "truly free" commits suicide by falling out of her apartment window and falling on to a car below.
