Troy (GTA VCS)
Troy is a character in the Grand Theft Auto series who appeared as a multiplayer character in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. Troy is a member of the Trailer Park Mafia gang and resides in Vice City in 1984. A character resembling Troy can be seen in the instruction manual. It is revealed that he is standing trial for 48 murders, an untold number of carjackings, and numerous weapons violations.
