Arthur is a character in the 2D Universe who appears as a minor character in Grand Theft Auto: London 1969 and Grand Theft Auto: London 1961.

Character history

Arthur is presumably a businessman who paid protection money to Jack Parkinson. Parkinson, during 1969/1961 (depending on which game is being played) sent the protagonist to collect the money. Arthur, however, refused resulting in the protagonist blowing up a car to scare Arthur into paying.
