Filthy Colin is a character in Grand Theft Auto: London, 1969 and Grand Theft Auto: London, 1961. Colin steals some blow-up sex dolls filled with TNT, and the protagonist is sent to retrieve them. However, the dolls blow up and the protagonist moves on to collect others in London. It is unknown whether Colin is killed in the explosion.
