David "Dave" Grossman is a character in the HD Universe and a minor character in The Lost and Damned, the first episodic pack for Grand Theft Auto IV. He is first introduced to Johnny Klebitz in the opening cutscene of the mission It's War.

Dave is a lawyer who in his spare time is a prospect in The Lost Brotherhood. In the mission It's War, he and Billy Grey are hanging out in the Lost MC Clubhouse. Billy spikes his bong hit with mescaline, sending him on a high in which, Billy states, "could be trippin for days."

Later in the game, Johnny can find Dave outside of Goldberg, Ligner & Shyster as a random character, business suit clad. Dave tells Johnny that his secretary is suing him for sexual harassment. Dave's secretary claims that he looked at her breasts, which supposedly "suppressed" her. Dave tells Johnny that his wife is not a nice person and will ruin his life if she gets wind of these shenanigans. Dave asks Johnny to find the attorney working on the case and "persuade" him to drop the case. Johnny finds the attorney and after banging up the attorney's car, Johnny informs the attorney that the only good lawyer in his book is a dead one, and the guy will be a really good lawyer if he doesn't give up the case against Dave. The attorney tells Johnny that he'll drop the suit and speeds off.

It is unknown what became of Dave after Johnny executes Billy at the Alderney State Correctional Facility; presumably, Dave most likely gave up the outlaw biker lifestyle and resumed his normal life.
