Leo The Locksmith is a character encountered in the mission De-Construction Yard! in Grand Theft Auto 2. Despite sharing the same head as Sunbeam and the Hare Krishna, he shows discontent towards them, warning Claude Speed that they might "turn [his] brain into mush". Nonetheless, after Claude destroys a generator for him, Leo helps the Krishna by opening the gate to a Zaibatsu construction yard so Claude can kill the site manager.
