Covington Supplies is a garage located on El Rancho Blvd in El Burro Heights, Los Santos appearing in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online. The business is owned by the FIB and is used by corrupt agents Steve Haines and Dave Norton as a base for their illegal activities. These include infiltrating the IAA building, torturing Ferdinand Kerimov for information and stealing IAA bonds.
