Dean Frantz is a character in the 2D Universe who appears as a Radio DJ in Grand Theft Auto 2.

Character history

Dean Frantz is, in 1999, the host of the Futuro FM radio station. Claude Speed, under the orders of Loonies leader Elmo, destroys the Futuro FM building. Frantz, however, survives and continues as the host of the station.
