Pappy is a character in the 2D Universe who is mentioned on the real-world Rednecks promotional website for Grand Theft Auto 2.

Character history

Pappy is the father of Beth and Rednecks gang leader Billy Bob Bean, and the grandfather of Beth's unnamed child. He resides in the Residential District of Anywhere City and dislikes The Zaibatsu Corporation, whom he refers to as the "Zaiboozie". In 1999, he has started the "info-mation super free-way" and is capable of sending emails.
