Sebastian is a character in the HD Universe who appears as a minor character in Grand Theft Auto V. His voice actor is not credited.
Character history
Sebastian is, in 2013, a Los Santos resident living off a trust fund set up by his parents. He likes to race against his friend Henry Smith IV on the Senora Fwy and, in late 2013, are challenged to a race by Franklin Clinton. The three are pulled over by Michael De Santa and Trevor Philips, posing as police officers, before they steal their cars and escape with Franklin.
